Earth Hour 2009 March 31, 2009

We did turn off all the lights at home. We kept the TV and computers on though because we took the campaign as it is. Lights off only.
Countries all over the world participated in Earth Hour. Big Picture was able to capture the effect of turing off the lights especially for the famous cities of the world. Imagine Eiffel Tower without the lights or High Parliament in London. Awesome sight. I realized the Philippines was missing in the pictures. After being the country that had the most cities that turned off their lights, a picture of some city in the Philippines would have been great.
